Join renowned high performance and sports educator Finn Gundersen as he shares his knowledge and research showcasing the important role of a parent as a coach. Whether on the field or in the backyard, your coaching voice can be the leading factor in your athlete's development.
Following the presentation, Finn will moderate a professional athlete panel featuring Shannon Bahrke, Olympic silver medalist in moguls; Billy Demong, Olympic gold medalist in Nordic combined; Mike Doleac, former NBA World Champion and U of U playey; Eric Heiden, Olympic gold medalist in speed skating; Miles Joseph, Olympian, former Major League Soccer team member and current Assistant Coach of Real Salt Lake; Mike Morgan, former Major League Baseball pitcher; and Derek Parra, Olympic gold medalist in speed skating.

Not to be missed, the Flying Ace All Star Freestyle Shows are now on Sundays at 1 pm. Starting Sunday, June 9 thru September 1, these amazing 1/2 hour performances feature aerial talents with 60 ft human-powered air shows. Presented by Montage Deer Valley

The Oval Ice is currently taking a break and will be back this summer. With Olympic Trials being held at the Oval this year, we'll be bringing back the Oval Ice in tip top shape! We will resume our regular Public Skating schedule on this legendary sheet of ice in mid July. In the meantime, come skate with us on our other Olympic sheets of ice. Our 2nd year for an indoor Trick-or-Treat Street! Last year was a success and this year is going to be bigger and better! Dress up in your spookiest Halloween costumes (no masks, please) and travel our Oval for goodies and treats from community vendors and businesses.
