    Want to test out Ski Jumping and build ski skills in a fun and dynamic environment? This program is an entry level program geared toward young skiers who are interested in learning basic ski jumping

    skills on K10 meter jump and up. Skiers will not only Ski Jump, run or roller ski as age appropriate, but also work on strength, agility, balance, endurance and more at the UOP. Some off-site funtivities will take place. The summer will be a week on/week off program that will be three days/week. Athletes may be split into age and/or skill appropriate groups. Recommended for Intermediate (blue level). Skiers must have ski skills including ability to carry their own equipment, to put skis on and off on own, ski parallel, turn, and stop.

The program is only available to athletes in high school or above. Summer schedule will be week-on and week-off ski jumping with physical training throughout the summer as well as Nordic Combined.

    The development team is designed to be the link between Youth Summer and Elite programs. It signifies a commitment to year-round training and reaching the skiers fullest potential. It is primarily sk

    illed based with a focus on competition regionally with national competitions at the junior levels. Skiers are training primarily on the K40 & K64 progressing to the K90 and 120 meter jumps. Skiers may choose to become a special ski jumper or continue on as a Nordic Combined skier in this program. Physical training in ski jumping becomes a part of daily training with a focus on proper racing and ski jumping technique. Recommendation from the Youth coach is required to join the development program. Ski Jumping/Physical training/ Nordic combined & skill building will take place weekly in this program except for the listed off weeks below.

    For athletes able to jump the K90 and K120 we offer a recreational jumping program. This program does NOT include coaching, but does require a PCNSC coach to supervise the athlete.
